AppDevel.com, Inc was founded in 2004 by our president Angela Carr. Although our company was officially a corporation in 2004 the beginning of our existence had been in the making since 1999.

Angela Carr was only thinking of what she wanted her career to be in 1999. While pondering different fields of interest she taught herself web design. Like many young adults she was taking college courses, working and making ends meet. She setup a website to offer services as a contractor and picked up a few small leads. After a short time she called a franchise company of whom she knew the owners. Angela was able to get her first real contract signed that year with Obee's Franchise Systems, Inc.

Angela continued doing business with Obee's until they sold the franchise company after expanding to multiple states in the United States. She then landed a full-time job at DiscoverTec, Inc. to help build her experience. She started off as a web designer and then taught herself programming. In no time at all she was the head of the eCommerce department reporting directly to the director of the company. Her work alone was bringing so much revenue that she began thinking of starting her own business.

In 2003 after building up her experience she ventured out on her own again. She began working full-time as a contractor for FCC Equipment Financing, Inc., a subsidiary of Caterpillar, Inc. In July of 2004 she made the decision to incorporate to prepare the business for expansion.

On January 1st, 2005, Angela officially began working as an employee of her new founded corporation AppDevel.com, Inc. She picked up an additional client while continuing to do full-time work for FCC Equipment Financing, Inc. Slowly but surely, without any attempt at all, business began to expand.

Where we are today...
By the beginning of 2006 our clientele increased dramatically as it continues to increase today. Our sales revenue has grown by 200% each year, including the years as a sole proprietor. We went from one employee in January of 2005 to a current total of eight!
